Please include "CALENDAR SUBMISSION [MONTH]" in the subject line of your email. In the body of the email, Please specify WHAT, WHO, WHEN, AND WHERE.
 
SUBMISSIONS MAY BE DISREGARDED IF THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THIS FORMAT.
