How to help and get involved: Always feel free to contact us for more information or questions about getting involved: pittsburgh_ftaa@hotmail.com or (412) 361-3022 (ask for Marie)

Get involved: There are a lot of ways to get involved and participate in the effort to stop the ftaa.  No small group or constituency has enough power to go up against those who stand to profit from agreements such as these.  Our only chance is to band together in mutually supportive alliances that can collectively challenge the underlying ideology behind neo-liberalism.  We need and invite the participation of all in this effort.  The following are ways you can take part.

How you can help:

- Help chart the course of the campaign by attending meetings.

- Come with the hundreds of other Pittsburgh’s traveling to Miami November 18-21st to oppose the meetings.

-Pass out informational flyers: at work, at school, as you go about your daily routine, around town, on the bus, and anywhere else people are!

-Donate money to the campaign. Contributions are tax-deductible

- Help with door to door outreach.

- Talk to a group you're part of about: working with us to stop the FTAA (this affects us all), endorsing the November 15th Pittsburgh Rally and March against the FTAA, making a donation to help with the cost of the campaign and providing scholarships to people who can't otherwise afford to make it to Miami, bringing in someone from the campaign to talk about how the FTAA will affect your group, and more.

- attend any of the campaign events such as video screenings, benefit shows, rallies, marches, teach-ins, etc.
