--FedUp! receives letters every week that need to be answered. Sometimes it’s as simple as sending a newsletter or resource guide. Sometimes it’s helping the person incarcerated navigate the system to address cases of abuse, contacting institutions, making a press release and contacting media, relating with our advisors on the inside or building with a friend or family member.

Building for StopMax Conference in Philly

--On May 30 –June 1 2008 there will be a National Stopmax Campaign Conference www.stopmax.org We are organizing to abolish solitary confinement & torture in U.S. prison. HRC – FedUp! would like to help as many people who want to go get to Philly. It can’t happen without  your ideas and energy.  

Resource Guide Compiler

--Hrc FedUp! compiles and distributes lots of resources to people inside and outside of prison. Want to help? C’mon it’s important. People really need to know what resources are out there.

Newsletter Committee --4 times a year we put out a newsletter to our friends and members. We could use help editing, laying out, and distributing this publication. Newsletters are really important for people in prison because mail is the main way people from the inside can get information.

Fundraiser-- We go through about 200 stamps a month. That's about 80 bucks! We also make tons of photocopies. We need you to help us raise money so we can continue to support people.
