Topeka's Bust Bias Celebrates Juneteenth Sonny Scroggins of Topeka’s Bust Bias invites children to the Monroe School National Museum on May 17, 2004. Bust Bias has invited the Pittsburgh/Topeka Delegation back to Kansas for an annual march (May 15 ’05). On June 13th Bust Bias and the National Action Network marched in honor of in honor of Alonzo Brooks who was murdered in Linn County, LaCygne, Kansas on April 3, 2004 and Elmer Jackson who was murdered by a lynch mob on June 15, 1920 in Duluth, MN. They used these two tragic events to kickoff a 139th annual Juneteenth Celebration. - Kenneth Alan Miller
